The accused claimed that they belong to Bharuch in Gujarat and had come to Mumbai to meet ‘Pathan’. The security guards caught them and handed them over to the police. The accused were hiding on the third floor
According to the Mumbai Police, both the accused had reached the third floor after entering Mannat. They both hid there in the make-up form of the actor. After a long time, when Shahrukh saw him, he was shocked. Mumbai Police said, ‘Both the accused youth entered Shahrukh Khan’s bungalow to meet him and kept waiting for the actor in the make-up room for about eight hours. Investigation has revealed that both entered the bungalow at around 3 am and were caught the next day at around 10:30 am.
Both were caught by the housekeeping staff
Colleen D’Souza, the manager of Shah Rukh’s bungalow, told that the security guards called her on the morning of February 2 and informed about the matter. Also, told that two people had entered the bungalow. According to the FIR, the two accused were first spotted by Satish, a housekeeping employee. It has been told in the FIR that it was Satish who took both the accused from the make-up room to the lobby. Shahrukh Khan was also stunned to see this. After this, Mannat’s security guards handed him over to the Bandra Police. Police believe that both the accused entered the bungalow by scaling the outer wall of Mannat.
